1. Acceptance of Terms

By using courtesycarservice.info or booking a ride with Courtesy Car Service LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Courtesy Car Service LLC provides on-demand and pre-booked ground transportation, including airport transfers, medical appointments, local rides, black car service, time-call pickups, and delivery services throughout Pasco County and Hernando County, Florida. All rides are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Payment

• A booking request is confirmed only after dispatch contacts you.
• Fares are quoted at the time of dispatch confirmation and may vary based on distance, wait time, and vehicle class.
• Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Payment is due at the completion of the ride unless other arrangements are made in advance.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Courtesy Car Service LLC sends SMS from 1-866-466-7507 to U.S. mobile numbers. Ride-update consent covers quotes, booking confirmations, pickup reminders, driver arrival/en-route notices, trip completion and customer support. Separately, optional promotional consent covers recurring transportation offers and invitations to book again. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Each message type requires its own affirmative choice. Providing a phone number, booking a ride, accepting general terms or installing an app does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Both choices are optional and are not a condition of purchase or transportation. Our standardized staff process records ride-update consent after a clear verbal agreement; promotional consent is documented using the separately selected and signed promotional choice on our consent form.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. For help, reply HELP, call 1-866-466-7507 or email bookmyride@courtesycarservice.info. You may also withdraw consent by contacting dispatch. We record the scope, method, date/time and evidence of consent and respect opt-outs. An administrative checkbox records an actual customer choice; it is not a substitute for that choice and does not override a STOP suppression.

• Consent to receive SMS is not required to book a ride and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to behave respectfully toward the driver and vehicle. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. Damages caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in a cleaning or repair fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Courtesy Car Service LLC provides transportation with reasonable care but cannot guarantee arrival times due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including missed flights or appointments).

7. Lost & Found

Please check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you leave an item behind, contact dispatch at 1-866-466-7507 as soon as possible. Recovered items are held for up to 30 days.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted at /terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco or Hernando County, Florida.
